Cameron, this piece was as fun as it was educational. Watching ourselves learn and grow into sportsmen/women that learn that it really wasn't the animal or bird we were hunting for. It was the connection to them. Their world. And wanting so badly to belong to it. Kudos on your evolution and sense of humor that you've brought with it. I have a pump and an automatic shotgun. Since I like (or used to) duck hunting some time I would hunt in rainy weather and the pump was more dependable. My brother and I would hunt squirrels and rabbits with a 22LR. mine was a single shot and his was an automatic.
